MOONDARRA WAGYU & WINE

‘Arbory x Moondarra Wagyu beef burger, spinach, onion rings, pepper sauce, pickles & crinkle cut chips’

For the month of September, Executive chef, Nick Bennett has created a one-off burger to be paired with a glass of Moondarra Pinot Noir. Given this is the first time we have played around with a new beef burger since we opened, we think Moondarra beef burger is pretty special. A riff on peppered steak, the patty is made with exactly the right meat-to-fat ratio from chuck and topside wagyu mince and served medium rare with a pepper infused sauce and crinkle cut chips. This wagyu and wine pairing is a stunning snapshot of the kinds of amazing Victorian products we have at our fingertips and are lucky enough to see on our menus.

This kind of pairing will make you wish social media had a fourth dimension. You won’t be able to convey the alchemy that happens when excellent wine and excellent beef come together, but you will be able to come back as often as you can while we host this special.

This limited edition burger will be available with a glass of Moondarra ‘Studebaker’ Pinot Noir or a schooner of Asahi Super Dry for $30.
