Arbory’s Roast Collection is back for another year, and this time we’ve got the legends at Hagen’s Organic Butchers joining us on deck to showcase some of Australia’s best pairings. Throughout the month of June, Arbory Executive Chef Nick Bennett & Head Chef James Gibson will be plating up a range of locally reared pork cuts, paired with a glass of wine from one of the Yarra Valley’s best wineries, TarraWarra Estate.
Enjoy the choice of a 2018 Chardonnay, a 2012 Cellar Reserve Chardonnay, or a 2018 Pinot Noir, perfectly paired alongside your pork dish. For $25, you can enjoy the dish of the day alongside a glass of wine.
