Roast Collection: Lamb & Sangiovese

For the month of August we will be showcasing Lamb & Sangiovese ~ from Indigo Vineyard in Beechworth, Victoria. Chef Nick Bennett will showcase and roast a range of Indigo Vineyard lamb cuts, paired alongside a glass of Indigo Vineyard Sangiovese.

Indigo have a strong focus on ethically produced lamb and paddock raise their flock which roam free grazing at their leisure which makes it some of the most delicious lamb going round!

Join us at Arbory Bar & Eatery, 7 days a week from 12pm for lunch or dinner and order a plate of Indigo Lamb and a glass of Indigo Sangiovese for $25.

Each dish will change daily and will be a celebration of the whole animal. As the temperatures drop and you reach for that glass of red, why not make the most of the roast! Ask our friendly staff on deck what we’re dishing up that day.

New Years Eve 2015 – ‘A Touch of Gold’

Welcome in 2016 at Arbory with an evening of great entertainment, accompanied by an all-inclusive food and beverage package, with an absolute riverfront view of Melbourne’s iconic New Years Eve fireworks.

Arbory resident DJs Chico G, CC Disco, Myles Mac and Midnight Tenderness will be setting the mood and spinning tunes all the way through until 3am.

Drinks will be available from any of our bars, offering any beer, cider or wine from our taps, a curated collection of boutique wines from our ‘Classic’ and ‘Adventurous’ wine lists, along with the choice of any of our premium house spirits.

To accompany this – Arbory Executive Chef Nicholas Bennett has created a delicious roving canapé menu that will sit alongside a collection of specialty food stations and our unique Euro Yum Cha trolley-driven favourites.
