Our third and final edition of Roast Collection is here for the month of August.  Each week our chefs will hero a different cut of lamb sourced from Meatsmith specialty butchers and pair it with a glass of Matsu ‘El Picaro’ Tempranillo for $25. New Years Eve 2015 – ‘A Touch of Gold’

Welcome in 2016 at Arbory with an evening of great entertainment, accompanied by an all-inclusive food and beverage package, with an absolute riverfront view of Melbourne’s iconic New Years Eve fireworks.

Arbory resident DJs Chico G, CC Disco, Myles Mac and Midnight Tenderness will be setting the mood and spinning tunes all the way through until 3am.

Drinks will be available from any of our bars, offering any beer, cider or wine from our taps, a curated collection of boutique wines from our ‘Classic’ and ‘Adventurous’ wine lists, along with the choice of any of our premium house spirits.

To accompany this – Arbory Executive Chef Nicholas Bennett has created a delicious roving canapé menu that will sit alongside a collection of specialty food stations and our unique Euro Yum Cha trolley-driven favourites.
